These terms apply to this website and to any product you buy from MicroSaaS Indie, run by Shyam Sundar, a sole proprietor based in Chennai, India.

Buying a product

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. By buying, you also agree to Dodo Payments' buyer terms.

Delivery

All our products are digital. Right after payment you receive a download link and your licence key by email. Nothing physical is shipped.

Previews

The interactive previews on this website are simplified demonstrations that run in your browser with sample data. The real app's page lists exactly what it does.

Free and paid tiers

Some apps have a free tier that you can use without paying. Paid ("Pro") features need a licence; refunds apply to paid licences.

Your licence

When you buy an app, you get a personal licence to use it as described on its product page. You may not resell, redistribute or share your licence key.

Refunds

See our refund policy: 14 days, no questions asked.

Support and updates

We support each product as described on its page and fix problems we can reproduce. Email microsaas.indie@gmail.com.

Warranty and liability

Our apps are provided "as is". We work hard to make them reliable, but we cannot guarantee they will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
